Individual solutions for missing teeth

Today in everyday medical practice, dental prostheses are indispensable. If you have missing teeth and getting fixed cemented crowns and if ceramic bridges or implants are out of the question, we will help you to find the optimal dental prosthesis solution.

Not only can modern dental prostheses restore aesthetic quality, they can also counteract improper strain on the temporomandibular (jaw) joint. Thanks to modern technology and the experience of our specialists, our dental prostheses are practically invisible.

Every dental prosthesis is always one-of-a-kind. That is why we devote a lot of time to each consultation. The dental prosthesis is then made in our own dental laboratory. Only a perfect fit supports the facial muscles and provides you with a natural smile.

The most commonly used materials for dental prostheses are plastic, metal or full-ceramic. A dental prosthesis made of metal ceramic has a ceramic-faced metal framework. The more expensive, but optically more appealing dental prosthesis is full-ceramic, is completely made of ceramic and lets the light shine through naturally. Therefore, they are indistinguishable from real teeth.

Partial and full prosthesis

Whereas a partial prosthesis is anchored by remaining healthy teeth, a complete prosthesis is held solely by the suction of the mucosa. The collaboration of the dentist and the dental technician is especially important here.
With a clasped denture, the casted clasps are secured onto the existing teeth. A prosthesis attachment is held by crowned teeth. With a telescopic prosthesis, the teeth it is attached to are crowned.  The prosthesis is then placed onto the crowns and covers them completely.
A full prosthesis should be removed several times per day and cleaned in order to prevent infections in the oral mucosa (mucous membranes of the mouth).
